Applications under the Right to Information Act are made in the prescribed form to the Public Information Officer at the registered office, with the prescribed fee. Applications are acknowledged in writing and answered within the statutory period.
The Constitution is amended only at a General Meeting called for the purpose, by the majority the Constitution itself prescribes. Amendments take effect from the date the Registrar records them.
